Flax seeds are the best filler for neck pillows that will be used for heat and relaxation. They hold onto the heat for the longest amount of time. Once you are settled and cozy, you can stay there without getting up to reheat!

Lavender is well-researched and known to help anxiety and stress.

You will immediately feel your muscles relax when you drape our lavender heated neck pillow over your shoulders. It can also be used to soothe menstrual cramps.

How to Warm Your Lavender Neck Pillow

To use your pillow, warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Shake and warm for another 30 to 60 seconds, until the desired warmth.

You can also warm it in the oven. To do so, place the pillow in the oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  Remove and shake the contents after about five minutes, then replace for another two to five minutes, testing often.
