The North Shore Honey Table

Join Backyard Bees at Paul’s Nursery for a guided North Shore honey tasting.

We’ll slow down and taste honey the way it’s meant to be tasted—side by side, noticing the subtle differences in color, texture, and flavor that come from place and season. The honey you’ll taste comes from the hives right there at the nursery, shaped by the surrounding landscape.

As we move through the tasting, you’ll also experience a few simple herb-infused honeys and see how easy it is to work with what you already have at home.

This is a relaxed, sensory experience—more like gathering around a table than sitting through a class.

You’ll be guided through five tastings, followed by time for tea, conversation, and questions.
